Application Fee: $50 per applicant, non-refundable
Reservation Fee: $200 reservation fee, which is applied to move-in costs and refundable if the application is denied or canceled within 72 hours.
Security Deposit: Ranges from $1000 up to two months of rent, and must be paid at least three days in advance of your move-in day.
Pet Fee: $350 one-time nonrefundable pet fee per pet, plus $50 per month per pet.
Utilities: Water/sewer is based on usage, trash is $10 per month, and pest control is $10 per month. Electricity is not included and must be set up with Dominion Energy. Cable and internet are also not included in the rent.
